Pull On Boots
Yes, the She Wear "She Will" Pull On Boot range has arrived and you will fall instantly in love but, as with everything worth having, your new pull on boots will and should take some effort to put on when you first start wearing them.
There is a bit of a "knack" to putting on pull on boots.
Here's the "How To........."
Put your index fingers through the pull on tabs then
- Slide your foot into the boot until your toes touch the sole (Steps 1 & 2)
- Twist your foot into the boot whilst pulling the back tab up over your heel (Steps 3, 4 & 5)
So you see, there is certainly a knack to pulling on your pull on boots, particularly when they are new and the elastic is firm.
A few things you really need to know:
- A boot that simply slides on and off will provide you no comfort or support and will not wear as well in the long term. You should also not have to struggle harshly to get the boot on, but you should have to exert some effort in both putting the boot on and taking it off.
- You will likely notice the boot slips slightly at the heel and this is natural. Pull on boots will usually slip on the heel to a small degree until the heel counter begins to shape to your heel. Be aware however that excessive slippage generally means that you have the incorrect size.
- Pull on boots will stretch more than lace up versions.
Happy wearing!!
